The accreditation of our Doctoral School was granted by the Hungarian Accreditation Committee based on Decision No. 2008/3/VII/2/019. According to the compliance verification procedure, the Doctoral School is authorized to award degrees in the field of economic and business sciences.
The Hungarian Accreditation Committee’s Decision No. 2009/7/XIII/2/209 confirmed the Doctoral School’s accreditation until 31 December 2014, provided that the operational conditions are continuously ensured.
The Hungarian Accreditation Committee’s Decision No. 2016/9/X/20/2/1054 confirmed the Doctoral School’s accreditation until 31 December 2019, provided that the operational conditions are continuously ensured.
The Hungarian Accreditation Committee’s Decision No. 2021/6/IX/1/2 confirmed the Doctoral School’s accreditation until 25 June 2026, provided that the operational conditions are continuously ensured.
The research areas of the Doctoral School build upon the traditions of its predecessor (covering topics in agribusiness, macro- and microeconomics, and rural development). In a broader sense, the Doctoral School operates in the field of business/management/organizational sciences.
Extensive international and domestic institutional partnerships ensure the high-quality development of the selected research topics. In addition to full-time state-funded students, each year there is also an opportunity for a significant number of part-time students to enroll, including experts from various social and business organizations.
